Each cookie is individually wrapped in food-grade, recyclable PPE packaging, keeping them fresh and safe to share.
Freshness & Storage

Shelf life: Best enjoyed within 2 weeks (best before date provided).

Storage: Keep cookies in a cool, dark place. Do not refrigerate (cookies will dry out).

Freezer option: Store cookies in the freezer for up to 1 month. To thaw, bring to room temperature for 1 hour or warm in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.

All of our cookies contain dairy, egg, and gluten.

Due to the bulky nature of corporate and catering orders:

Pick-up available directly when ordering online (from our Fortitude Valley store).

For Australia-wide delivery, we can arrange a courier service at cost price, based on order weight.

Overnight courier service available for: Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Melbourne. 2-3 business days shipping to all other postal addresses in Australia. Sorry, this product is not available for international orders.

Our cookies are made fresh and aren’t packed with preservatives. That said, each cookie is heat sealed for maximum shelf life, meaning they’ll remain fresh for two weeks before starting to change in texture and taste.
If you don’t think you’ll consume them within two weeks, we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them, after which you can enjoy them for up to 1 month! Reheat instructions are included in your box.

Australia:
Please allow 1-2 business day for dispatch and 1-2 business days for delivery. Express postage times vary depending on your location. You can check delivery times to your destination here.
We ship on Mondays-Thursdays. If your order is placed after 8:00am on Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
International:
All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express Post and require a signature on delivery.

As per usual the cookies were amazing and they made for the best wedding favours! Pick up was not as streamlined as I would have liked on my wedding day. Not all of them were individually packaged so my husband was given some sleeves (with holes in them) to do himself which was not the best and some cookies did not hold their freshness like we would have preferred!

We ordered 200 standard sized top 5 favourite mixed catering cookies and 100 mixed mini catering cookies. Ordered online and the transaction was effortless. Everything was ready boxed for collection on time ready for our event. The cookies were a hit and everyone mentioned how delicious they were! 100% recommend using them for corporate function.
The ordering, pick up and eating of our bulk order was seamless. I flew in to Brisbane, caught a cab to pick up and dispensed the packs into our conference goodie bag in less than a hour. Really appreciate the cookies being ready on time.
The express line could have been more efficient, considering all were paid for and packed would have taken seconds (rather than ~7 minutes) for staff to send me on my way with the taxi meter running.

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. We ship orders Monday-Thursday (we do not ship orders on Fridays so your order does not sit in transit over the weekend). If you place an order after 8:00am Thursday, it will ship the following Monday.
