These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products by Brooki Bakehouse ("we," "us," or "our") to you, the customer ("you" or "your"), through our website at www.brookibakehouse.com (the "Website"). By placing an order for products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase.

• Acceptance of Order: Our acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract of sale will occur when we dispatch the products to you and send you an email confirming that the products have been shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

3. Pricing, Payment & Discounts

• Pricing: All prices are listed in the local currency of the location of which you are shopping from and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees or applicable taxes, which will be added to your total at checkout.

• Payment: We accept payment via credit card only and all payment options will be listed on the checkout page. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated payment method. Payment must be received in full before your order is shipped.

• Discounts: Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Discount codes are offered for a limited time only and will be advertised as such with an expiry date/time, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), unless otherwise specified.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We will ship products to the address you provide during checkout. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of your order.

• Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipping. Once the products are delivered to the address you provided, the risk of loss and title for the products pass to you.
