Brooki was founded in 2022 as a new type of bakery - one that comes to you. That’s right, we ship our freshly baked products in Brisbane daily and ship them right to your doorstep.
But we’re more than your favourite bakery, we’re in the business of celebrating those major moments in life with you and everyone you love. Whether your sending a thank you to your colleague or a happy birthday to your bestie, Brooki is there to celebrate with you.

Brooke Saward is the owner of Brooki Bakehouse. Before following her dream of owning a bakery in Brisbane, Brooke was travelling the world in search of the best bakeries to bring together ideas from across the globe.
