Full Time Baker - Production Kitchen

Location: Fortitude Valley

Hours: Full time (Monday-Friday) 8:00am-4:00pm

Requirements: Certified baker or pastry chef, min. 3 years experience in a commercial kitchen

This is a rare opportunity to join our growing team of talented bakers as a full time baker! Working weekdays within a team environment, the ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively on their own as well as contributing in a team environment.

Responsibilities include cookie production, brownie production, cake production and flavour development for new product launches.

Assistant Manager - Retail Store

Location: Fortitude Valley

Hours: Full time (Monday-Friday) 8:30am-5:30pm

Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

In this newly created role, the ideal candidate will be a born leader with significant hospitality experience. The ideal candidate will be well equipped in operating a POS system, barista coffee making and general kitchen duties.
