Full Time Bakers  - Production Kitchen

Brooki is on the hunt for qualified and experienced Bakers to join our growing team based in Fortitude Valley.

About the Role: Join our team at Brooki, where you'll play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Executing daily bakery production to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Maintaining organisation and cleanliness in all work areas.
  • Managing food stock levels, portion control, waste reduction, and receiving deliveries.
  • Conducting temperature checks, ensuring cleaning protocols are adhered to.
  • Contributing to and executing daily cleaning schedules.
  • Applying food safety and workplace health and safety standards.
  • Upholding high kitchen standards across food hygiene, safety, quality, and preparation.
  • Shifts are Monday to Friday, starting at either 4am or 9am.

About You: To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Trade Certificate III in Baking.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Maintain high standards in food taste and presentation.

Due to our exciting growth, we’re on the hunt for a Customer Service / Social Media Guru who is passionate about everything digital. If you have a background in customer service and a strong grasp of social platforms, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role: Join our team at Brooki, where you'll play a crucial role in our Fortitude Valley head office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Provide and ensure our customers are given exceptional customer service through online requests.
  • Monitoring and responding to customer queries and feedback within a set timeframe.
  • Perform customer-centric administrative duties as required by the Operations Manager.
  • A solid knowledge and understanding of the following social media platforms; Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and create content with our Founder around trends relevant to our business.

Assistant Store Manager, Fortitude Valley

We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Brooki Bakehouse!

We are seeking someone with a passion for delicious baked goods, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in delivering top-notch customer service.

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure an exceptional customer experience, lead our team, and oversee daily operations.

About the Role: Join our team at Brooki, where you'll play a crucial role in our Fortitude Valley bakery. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Provide and ensure customers are given exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure the store is held to a high level of cleanliness and all food and workplace safety procedures are followed including stock and quality control. 
  • Daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and housekeeping.
  • Assisting your Store Manager with training, developing and succession of your team – we are a growing brand with exciting opportunities ahead.
  • Sunday to Thursday roster.
