Pick Up FAQ

How do I order a cake?

We accept cake orders online only. Visit this page to make an order. Please note, if your preferred date/time is not showing as available, we are already fully booked and cannot accept your order.

The date I am trying to book is not showing, can I place an order?

If your desired date is not showing, this date is already fully booked. Sorry, this date is now closed for cake orders.

Do you accept custom orders?

Unfortunately due to operating at peak capacity, we are unable to accomodate custom requests. All of the sizes, styles, colours and flavours you see listed on the website, is currently everything we offer.

What do I do if I want to change my order?

We understand plans change. If you need to change the date or details of your order, just send us an email with your Order Number in the subject heading to orders@brookibakehouse.com with your amendments, noting we cannot make changes to your order within 7 days. There is a $10 admin fee for all changes and cancellations.

Can I pick up on a Sunday or Monday?

We offer pick ups Tuesday-Saturday during business hours. Unfortunately we do not offer pre-orders or pick ups on Sundays or Mondays.

Can I pick up earlier than the times listed?

Our cake pick ups start at 10:00am daily. Our team need this time each morning to prepare all orders for collection and ensure your order is packaged and ready for you. Unfortunately we cannot offer collections any earlier.
