Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and fulfil your order before it is shipped. We make our dough fresh daily in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
We do ask that you acknowledge the 1–2 day processing time when planning to order, so please take this into account when placing an order as a gift or for time-sensitive deliveries. Even when placing an order with the express delivery option, we still require 1-2 business days to process your order.
We currently ship to every postal address in Australia via express post, as well as some selected international countries. We are constantly adding new markets and continue to announce new countries on Instagram.
We do not ship to PO BOXES. You must provide a residential shipping address on your order, or it may be held in custody of your local post office until you provide a valid residential address.
Orders shipped to metro cities will typically take 1 business day to arrive, once shipped. Orders shipped to regional locations will typically take up to 4 business days to arrive once shipped. If you modify your shipping address after your order is placed, there will be a 1-3 business day delay in receiving your order while the parcel is held in transit for re-direction.
