Cookie Care

Our cookies are made fresh and aren’t packed with preservatives. That said, each cookie is heat sealed for maximum shelf life, meaning they’ll remain fresh for two weeks before starting to change in texture and taste.

If you don’t think you’ll consume them within two weeks, we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them, after which you can enjoy them for up to 1 month! Reheat instructions are included in your box.

Australia:

Please allow 1-2 business day for dispatch and 1-2 business days for delivery. Express postage times vary depending on your location. You can check delivery times to your destination here.

We ship on Mondays-Thursdays. If your order is placed after 8:00am on Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

International:

All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express Post and require a signature on delivery.

Short expiry: not baked upon order

doesn’t appear to be baked on order as the expiry was days rather than two weeks as the website suggests. I had to freeze the brownie to make sure it was still suitable for my party, which was 10 days from order date. I was happy for the prompt delivery.

When will my order be shipped?

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. We ship orders Monday-Thursday (we do not ship orders on Fridays so your order does not sit in transit over the weekend). If you place an order after 8:00am Thursday, it will ship the following Monday.

Where do you ship?

We ship to every postal address in Australia. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

We ship internationally via DHL Express to New Zealand, The United States (except territories, Hawaii & Alaska), Canada (metro only), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan (metro only).
