Transit times Australia:
Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, Launceston, Hobart, Cairns, Mackay, Rockhampton 2-3 business days.
All other cities and regional 4-5 business days.
*We ship orders Monday-Thursday. We do not ship orders on Fridays, so your order arrives as fresh as possible. If you place an order after 8:00am Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

We currently ship to all residential and commercial postal address in Australia. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
We ship internationally via DHL Express to New Zealand, The United States (except territories, Hawaii & Alaska), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan (metro only).
Sorry if we do not ship to your country yet. While we would love to ship everywhere in the world, we are limited by the courier options available to us given we are shipping a freshly baked product and require fast, reliable shipping to be able to offer it to your destination.

Please be aware that packages may be subject to additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia.
We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Taxes and duties are calculated per your shipping country and local taxes.

Domestic
If you are not home to receive your package, our couriers will leave it in a safe place unless there is not a safe place to leave your package (in which case your order will be taken to a local collection point for you to collect). All orders are packaged in a sealed mailer bag for safe transport, however we can not be held responsible for a package if the recipient is not present to receive the order and the item(s) have been left in a safe place.
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for the parcel being marked as unable to deliver or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address.
It is the responsibility of the sender to send the parcel to an address that is: a) attended upon delivery; or b) if the premises are unattended, the sender assumes responsibility for the package if it is left in a safe place upon delivery. If you are concerned about the parcel being left in a safe place upon arrival, we encourage you to choose another shipping address that will be attended during business hours on weekdays given we are shipping perishable items.
International
All international orders must be signed for upon delivery. As we are shipping perishable goods, your items must be signed for by a recipient at the address provided. If no one is home to receive your order, you will be notified by email/phone and notified of a second delivery the following day.

We'll do our best to accommodation order modifications however please note we reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been shipped.
Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct. If an order has already been fulfilled, we cannot modify the order or shipping address.
