I started Brooki Bakehouse because I wanted to amplify the modern bakery experience. All major moments in life call for cake, a freshly baked batch of cookies or a brownie big enough for everyone to take a bite. So if bakeries are at the centre of coming together, why not bring the bakers, bakery owners and bakery customers together as a community itself? That's how Brooki started.

In 2022 it was just me in a tiny kitchen, experimenting with flavours and dreaming of a space where food, creativity, and community could come together. What I realized quickly was that people weren’t just buying what I baked; they were buying the story behind it, the energy in the space, and the joy of sharing it with others.

From the very beginning, I made a choice: instead of focusing on selling to customers, I would document the journey — the wins, the challenges, the late nights, and the messy behind-the-scenes moments. Social media wasn’t just a marketing channel; it was a way to let people in, to make them feel part of the brand before they even stepped inside a store.

Brooki exists today because people crave experiences that feel alive, real, and sharable. Our stores aren’t just retail outlets; they’re stages, content engines, and meeting points. Our Cookie ATMs, limited-edition drops, and flagship activations are all designed to make a simple treat feel like a cultural moment.
