Our cookies are made fresh and aren’t packed with preservatives. That said, each cookie is heat sealed for maximum shelf life, meaning they’ll remain fresh for two weeks before starting to change in texture and taste.
If you don’t think you’ll consume them within two weeks, we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them, after which you can enjoy them for up to 1 month! Reheat instructions are included in your box.

Australia:
Please allow 1-2 business day for dispatch and 1-2 business days for delivery. Express postage times vary depending on your location. You can check delivery times to your destination here.
We ship on Mondays-Thursdays. If your order is placed after 8:00am on Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
International:
All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express Post and require a signature on delivery.

Not sickly sweet... perfection!
We recently ordered another cake from Brooki, expecting the same quality and experience as before. However, upon cutting into it, it was immediately clear the recipe had changed significantly. Instead of the pound-style cake we remembered, dense and subtly sweet, we received a fluffy, overly sweet sponge more suited to a six-year-old’s birthday party. While the cake’s appearance hadn’t lost its charm, the quality and flavour certainly had. It was completely different and a disappointing experience, especially given the premium price.
There was no mention on the website that the recipe or cake style had changed, which only added to the frustration. We ordered expecting consistency.
Before posting a review, we reached out to Brooki to give them the opportunity to respond. However, we were simply passed on to the team, with no meaningful engagement or resolution.
Although we’ve genuinely enjoyed Brooki in the past, this inconsistency and lack of care in handling feedback has left a bad taste in our mouths.
My daughter surprised me for my 40th with a Brooki cake (huge fan of her) and it was everything I expected and more! Will be the new fav for all things sweet! x

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. We ship orders Monday-Thursday (we do not ship orders on Fridays so your order does not sit in transit over the weekend). If you place an order after 8:00am Thursday, it will ship the following Monday.
