Cookie Care

Our cookies are made fresh and aren’t packed with preservatives. That said, each cookie is heat sealed for maximum shelf life, meaning they’ll remain fresh for two weeks before starting to change in texture and taste.

If you don’t think you’ll consume them within two weeks, we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them, after which you can enjoy them for up to 1 month! Reheat instructions are included in your box.

Please allow 1-2 business day for dispatch and 1-2 business days for delivery. Express postage times vary depending on your location. You can check delivery times to your destination here.

We ship on Mondays-Thursdays. If your order is placed after 8:00am on Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

International:

All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express Post and require a signature on delivery.

It was really yummy. Wish there was an exact reference photo on the websire so i would know what it was going to look like.

A complete disappointment

Think twice before placing an order.

I placed a custom order for my husband’s birthday and clearly mentioned after ordering that it was for him. When I went to pick up the cake, I was shocked to see that the message was written in pink. Why would you use pink writing for a cake that I specifically said was for my husband? They didn’t ask for my approval and refused to make any changes or offer a refund.

I didn’t accept the cake, and I suspect they will just sell it to someone else and make money twice. Clearly, they care more about profit than customer satisfaction. They show no interest in your requests, don’t listen to what you want, and have no regard for good customer service.

I do not recommend ordering from this place. If all you care about is being treated respectfully and getting what you paid for, look elsewhere. All they care about is money. The choice is yours.

Mini Birthday cake/bento cake

I was disappointed to pick up my ordered cake and find that it was not as i ordered. I had ordered the cake and then contacted your team via email/online chat requesting piping on the cake and was told that my request would be able to be fulfilled. I then went to pick it up and found that it was plain and had no piping. This cake was a birthday present for my best friend and so i was disappointed to give it to her so plainly as the brooki chocolate cake is one of hers and my favourites. I was offered another mini cake that was pink with piping but it didn't have the number i wanted on it and was the wrong flavour.
I love Brooki and all your creations but really wish i had a better experience.

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. We ship orders Monday-Thursday (we do not ship orders on Fridays so your order does not sit in transit over the weekend). If you place an order after 8:00am Thursday, it will ship the following Monday.
