Our cookies are made fresh and aren’t packed with preservatives. That said, each cookie is heat sealed for maximum shelf life, meaning they’ll remain fresh for two weeks before starting to change in texture and taste.
If you don’t think you’ll consume them within two weeks, we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them, after which you can enjoy them for up to 1 month! Reheat instructions are included in your box.

Australia:
Please allow 1-2 business day for dispatch and 1-2 business days for delivery. Express postage times vary depending on your location. You can check delivery times to your destination here.
We ship on Mondays-Thursdays. If your order is placed after 8:00am on Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
International:
All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express Post and require a signature on delivery.

I ordered the small heart cake with hot pink and baby pink icing in salted caramel. My cake turned out so beautiful, perfect colour and wording on top. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars was because I was under the impression that the whole cake would be salted caramel flavoured, however it was vanilla with a layer of caramel through the middle. May be my own fault and didn't read the website completely or missed something! Maybe changing from "cake flavour" to "cake filling" might be helpful for future.
Still delicious though and was perfect for my Mum and I's birthday!!
Got a small sized cake thinking everyone would just have a tiny bit and I’d have some leftovers … and I was so wrong! Everyone loved it, delicious cake and super fluffy, so sadly no leftovers for me!
Ordered our wedding cake here. When ordering I selected a time which they had available being 4pm. I ordered and on the day I was meant to pick it up I went there and the shop was closed. No phone number to call only an email. You can imagine how stressed I was, especially having my wedding the next day. I sent my cousin in first thing the next morning and didn’t even get an apology. The cake did look and taste good but service was pretty poor.
The cake looked super cute and tasted amazing, I would absolutely purchase from Brooki again and recommend to friends for their events!

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. We ship orders Monday-Thursday (we do not ship orders on Fridays so your order does not sit in transit over the weekend). If you place an order after 8:00am Thursday, it will ship the following Monday.
