*Our kitchen post orders Monday-Thursday. We do not ship orders on Fridays, so your order arrives as fresh as possible. If you place an order after 8:00am Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
**During peak periods (Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day) our fulfilment times are 1-3 business days, plus shipping time.

We currently ship to all residential and commercial postal address in Australia. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
We ship internationally via DHL Express to New Zealand, The United States (except territories, Hawaii & Alaska), Canada (metro only), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan (metro only).
