Brooki Bakehouse opened in 2022 at our flagship location in Fortitude Valley. Brooke Bellamy is the founder of Brooki Bakehouse, starting her business owner journey out of a love for baking and all things sweet. She is now joined by more than 30 talented team members who make, bake and pack every cookie order you grab in store or get delivered to your doorstep!

Brooki Bakehouse first opened in Brisbane in 2022 and now has 5 locations across Queensland. We have plans to expand elsewhere in Australia and further afield, so watch this space! View our locations.

In 2023 Brooke Bellamy began sharing her signature "A day in my life" videos on social media to share the behind the scenes of owning and operating a bakery business. Our community has grown to more than 4 million followers across platforms like Tiktok, Instagram and Youtube in all corners of the world.

Brooki Bakehouse continues to open retail stores across Australia to bring our cookies, brownies and cupcakes to more customers across the country. We also have plans to open our first international location - keep an eye out on Instagram to find out first when a Brooki store will be opening near you.
