Our cookies are made fresh and aren’t packed with preservatives. That said, each cookie is heat sealed for maximum shelf life, meaning they’ll remain fresh for two weeks before starting to change in texture and taste.

If you don’t think you’ll consume them within two weeks, we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them, after which you can enjoy them for up to 1 month! Reheat instructions are included in your box.

Australia:

Please allow 1-2 business day for dispatch and 1-2 business days for delivery. Express postage times vary depending on your location. You can check delivery times to your destination here.

We ship on Mondays-Thursdays. If your order is placed after 8:00am on Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

International:

All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express Post and require a signature on delivery.

Such a treat!

Loved my little treats. The red velvet cookie was my favourite and I didn’t expect to love the biscotti cookies. Can’t wait to visit Brooki’s bakery one day.

I ordered these in Melbourne, Victoria and they were received within a couple days from QLD. Way quicker than I expected!!

I got the best seller pack and I’ve had the choc chip and new york cookies so far. Absolutely delicious!! The instructions said 2mins in the oven but I gave them 4-5mins and they were so soft and the chocolate was runny like they were fresh. Would definitely order again

First time purchasing

All the cookies were broken in the bag! To me they seem like days olds. First thing when someone tells or ask me if I wanted warmed up, makes me wonder how many days old they are. That's just me and how I feel. Kathleen
